CHARITY bracelets designed by a host of celebrities are being sold for five times their retail price on the internet just two weeks after they went on sale.
The exclusive charm bracelets, made as a joint venture between High Street store Wallis and Cancer Research UK, are being sold for up to £80 on internet auction site eBay.
Only 10,000 of the £15 bracelets were produced and now fashion fans are anxious to get their hands on them.
Some are being sold on to raise more money for Cancer Research - but others appear to be making a massive return for their owners.
Charms on the piece of jewellery were designed by Sienna Miller, Victoria Beckham, Jemima Khan, model Yasmin Le Bon and fashion designer Matthew Williamson.
Artist Damien Hirst, designers Anya Hindmarsh, Jimmy Choo and Jo Malone also submitted their creations.
Wallis said they were disappointed to hear that the - which sold out on the website in 24 hours on September 5 - were being sold on to profit individuals.
A Wallis spokesman said: “Whilst we are delighted that the charm bracelet has been so popular and sold so quickly, therefore enabling us to raise a substantial amount of money for Cancer Research UK, we are disappointed to learn that certain individuals are profiting personally from this fundraising venture. Â
