eBay conman sent to jail

A conman has been jailed and ordered to pay back £70,000 he earned from an eBay scam.Simon Hurley, 36, from Coulsdon, Surrey was sentenced to nine months after ignoring trading standards’ warnings to stop selling fake goods on the auction website. He pleaded guilty to 16 offences of illegal trading.Hurley has been ordered to pay back the money he earned from trading within six months or face a further two years’ jail.
