PCB manufacturer Circatex for auction by Branford Group

The entire contents of the 250,000 square foot manufacturing site of a bankrupt printed circuit board manufacturer is being disposed of by way of webcast and on-location aution.

Circatex Group Ltd. (South Shields, England) went into administration in January 2006 and the company ceased trading in March. The company had been created by a management buyout of Viasystems Inc. in December 2001, which had preserved manufacturing 800 jobs at that time.

Now all production and ancillary equipment is being auctioned off by The Branford Group. The auction starts on Wednesday May 24, 2006 at 9:30am U.K. local time.
