Sir Walter Scott items for Edinburgh auction

Items from the home of 19th century novelist Sir Walter Scott have been put on display ahead of going up for auction.
The items include a bracelet containing a lock of Sir Walter’s hair which was kept at his home, Abbotsford, near Melrose in the Borders.
The bracelet is expected to fetch at least £6,000 when it goes under the hammer on May 25 in Edinburgh.
