Published May 26th, 2006

A Hans Holbein painting that was once auctioned as an anonymous British work may fetch as much as £3-million ($6.3-million) when it’s put up for sale in London on July 5, Sotheby’s Holdings said.

Portrait of Sir Thomas Wyatt the Younger was recently identified by a scholar as a lost Holbein painted around 1541, Sotheby’s said.
