Black Country auctioneers and property investment company Bond Wolfe has won the tender for all of Sandwell Council’s property auction work.
The contract was won in a competitive pitch and it means that West Bromwich-based Bond Wolfe is now the appointed auctioneer for Birmingham and Wolverhampton councils and British Waterways as well as Sandwell Council.
The tender takes effect immediately and already Bond Wolfe has been instructed on eight high-profile land disposals in the July 19 auction at the Holte Suite at Aston Villa FC.
The auction will include several lots for Birmingham and Wolverhampton councils as well as a bankruptcy portfolio in Telford.
Associate partner James Mattin said: “This further strengthens our position in what is now a very competitive auction market and our July auction promises to be very busy with over 100 lots going under the hammer.”
