Westbury Mayfair Hotel Auction Sale

During the month of August 2006 bidders will be invited to tender offers to Pro Auction Limited for the content of 245 suites at The Westbury Hotel London, which is currently undertaking a refurbishment of the establishment. The sale is expected to attract interest from across the board of establishments aspiring to the quality and standard of The Westbury, at a fraction of the cost paid for this first class quality furniture and fittings. Auctioneer Mark Flynn is confident in selling all of the items before the refit is even completed.
In addition to the sale of the suites Pro Auction offers for sale the entire contents of Pedmore House, which goes under the hammer on the 23rd August 2006 in Stourbridge West Midlands. The entire facility is being sold to make way for redevelopment of the site later in the year. Everything from the kitchens to the conference and banquetting facilities will be sold to the highest bidder. Pedmore House is an interesting sale given the quality of the of the chattel assets for sale which include everything from the bar taps to the carpets.
