Global Remarketing brought by Autocon AS

The internet auction company Autocon AS has acquired the UK pioneer of online closed car auctions developed by the industry consulting and training firm Mitac, Global Remarketing, from R.L. Polk & Co, which acquired Mitac four years ago. No price was disclosed. The Macclesfield-based company will become part of Autorola Global Remarketing Limited. Mr. Mike Crocker will assume the role of managing director of Autorola Global Remarketing
