THE Venmore Partnership’s latest Liverpool auction has raised more than £8m.
Venmore’s sold 80% of a very broad catalogue of properties in its March auction, which was held at the Holiday Inn.
Everything from the vacant houses which are popular with investors, to small plots of land and secondary and tertiary retail units with accommodation above, sold in one of Venmore’s most successful auctions in recent months.
Auctioneer Phil Cassidy said: “While we have always seen fierce competition at our auctions, there is a real confidence now returning to the market.
“While residential investments continue to sell well, and attract investors from as far afield as Ireland and southern England, we saw strong sales in all quarters.
