Chewbacca costume being sold at auction

The costume was worn by 7ft 3in British actor Peter Mayhew in the original 1977 film.
Bidding will start at £40,000 at the auction in Los Angeles on August 3.
Fans can also bid for it at online auction site eBay.
It is regarded as the finest remaining example of Chewbacca’s head from the first Star Wars trilogy.
Known as Chewie, the Wookiee was Han Solo’s best pal and co-pilot in the films.
An original Stormtroopers helmet from Star Wars will also be sold at the same event for £10,000.
It was used in Star Wars and then again in The Empire Strikes Back in 1979.
