Mallams, one of the oldest fine art auctioneers in the country, plans to extend its network of offices in Oxford and the Cotswolds with new premises in Abingdon.

A new auction saleroom and adjoining estate agency offices will open early in January at the former shooting range premises in Dunmore Court, on the Wootton Road out of North Abingdon.

Sales will be held every three weeks on Saturdays and will include a wide range of Antique & Modern Furniture, Ceramics & Glass, Pictures, Carpets & Rugs, Collectors Items, Garden Ornaments and Books. There is ample parking and good loading facilities.
