East Lindsey District Council is looking for a new auctioneer to take over at Louth Market in Lincolnshire.

Trading team leader at ELDC, David Honman, said: “We are fully aware and recognise the importance of the markets and auctions across East Lindsey.

“The auction is where visitors and residents gather to barter for produce and goods, which provides the perfect traditional market scene.

“It is important that we encourage people to come forward.”

Would be auctioneers can contact David on 08446 601111 or Brian Saunders on 07958 805457.
