Brookside TV Show Houses for SHM Smith Hodgkinson Auction

The 13 house’s fron the TV series Brookside are up for sale - estimated at £2m.
A plan to sell each of the houses individually was dropped and the new owners have revealed the whole Close is up for grabs after the previous company went into receivership.
Auctioneers SHM Smith Hodgkinson said they would be inviting offers for the 13 houses.
