Sandown Park Classic & Collectors Car April 29
Published April 17th, 2008
Entries are still open for Barons’ Classic and Collectors’ Car Sale at Sandown Park, Surrey on April 29th, which features a strong entry from British marques. The sale is headlined by the 1921 ex-Henry Royce experimental ‘Goshawk’ 20hp, believed to be the oldest-surviving example of this ‘baby’ Rolls-Royce (estimate £30,000-£50,000). Another interesting early Rolls-Royce on offer is the regal 1937 20/30 Limousine with division by Hooper, complete with original chassis sales invoice, specification sheet and coachbuilder’s plans plus bespoke additions list (estimate £18,000-£25,000).
