Beach Hut Makes £70,000 at Llandudno Auction

A beach hut in Gwynedd with views over Cardigan Bay has been sold at auction for its guide price of £70,000.
Auctioneers Beresford Adams Countrywide said the sale was a “rare opportunity”.
The hut went under the hammer at Llandudno, Conwy.
