Wales Pot Noodle Plant for Auction

Pot Noodle, is to offer its Best Food Factory on the Croespenmaen Industrial Estate in Crumlin for sale at Allsop’s next London auction on Tuesday, May 20.
The property is let entirely to Unilever Best Food UK for its Pot Noodle factory, which produces 155 million pots every year at the site. Keen interest is expected and the guide price is £2.6m-£2.7m.
