Super Aguri Formula One team asset auction
Published July 8th, 2008
The assets of the Super Aguri Formula One team, including a SA06 race car and transporters, will be sold in an online auction later this month.
The team withdrew from the F1 championship for financial reasons in May.
Auctioneers SHM Smith Hodgkinson said on the www.saf1-auction.com Web site that they had been instructed by administrators to sell the assets between July 29-31.
The administrators PKF said that they were looking to sell the business ‘as an on-going concern to a company or individual looking to launch a Formula One or other motorsport operation.’
